Defend the earth from meteorites in this highscore based minigame. Use your shield against the meteors to prevent them from coming to earth. But watch out, not everything is coming to get you. If you let health packs reach earth you will regenerate health and will allow you to reach a higher highscore!

A nice and simple game. Interesting choice making this for android only. Since you made it with Unity, you could easily make builds for other platforms so more people would try it. With webGL you could play it on any device, even a phone (android or not).
Fun game, but I feel the platform limitation is what is holding it back. I can understand this well, as I made a game that was inconvenient to play for others in a past jam, and it caused problems for me. I do think something like making an HTML port or just a Desktop version would help in getting the game to other people
I didn't get far enough to see any health packs; scored somewhere in the 650 range. I'm glad to see there were things other than two sizes of asteroids. Pretty simple idea. The randomness and ranged speed of asteroids make it quite challenging. I kept wanting a gun or something to defend the planet with.

@awerar, with idea that simple (move shield and deffelect stuff until you win) it is inevitable, I think. I found another game (https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/keep-it-alive-35) with this concept, also https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/paradigm. Simple core ideas could be implemented by many developers
