Backstory

A long time ago in a parallel universe not-so-far away. . .

Chronium—a mineral which affects spacetime itself—has recently been discovered. Despite warnings from scientists and sci-fi authors alike about the potential dangers resulting from reckless use of chronium—such as the total collapse of the universe or convergence of all parallel universes—the cMonkeys Empire has created a prototype chronium reactor to power and enhance its spacefaring vessels.

Sensing an opportunity to seize this new technology for their personal gain, raiders have begun an assault on the first spaceship equipped with the prototype reactor during its maiden voyage. . .
