*I'm cleaning up and moving some stuff. The links will be back later!*
Hello!
Unfortunately all kinds of stuff turned up and I ended up having no time to create a finished game. I had to cut some corners to get something even remotely working, so the product as it is is nothing to admire. It doesn't even have any of the key elements of the game in it! It's only the character walking around the map!
This game was supposed to be about an astronaut living alone in a base on an alien planet. The player was supposed to maintain the base and try to survive by e.g. eating when hungry or doing something fun when bored. The twist would be that a meteorite would break a teleport after the first in-game day. The teleport would then go haywire and it would reset the base every day (don't ask why or how). Except it would create a clone of the player instead of just returning them back to the start. The player was then supposed to try to fix the teleport while fighting their clone(s) for the limited resources found around the base. That was the basic concept.
Would the idea have worked at all? Would it have made a fun game? We may never know. But I'd like to find out, so I might try to finish this one day.
Maybe...
Anyway, I had fun while I worked on this little project and that's the most important thing.
(I hope I will have) better luck next time, I guess!
