Nice job! Its good for your first time! The game is quite fun, however it feels a bit empty. Perhaps add some more props to the map!

I like the movement, the game has a fast paced feel almost like doom. The death effect is cool too

The mouse-speed is way to high, otherwise very nice for a first game.
