This is a reall nice quick game. I really enjoyed the gun mechanics and the graphics. Great game!

Wow! This is so fantastic, I can't get over how pretty the visuals are. The level transitions alone made me go :scream:, and the dash FX is similarly dope. Felt like a nice mix between Hotline Miami and the Matrix universe. Cool concept, tight controls and gunplay, overall very fun. The sound FX were also very satisfying and polished!

Gun mechanics, dash and effects are really fun to play with, I was confused if there is or not a quit button/menu, had to Alt+F4 out of it

Impressive ! The gunplay & dash feels very nice and the game looks very polished, maybe restarting the current level instead of going back could have been a little bit better, but it doesn't stop you from finishing the game anyway

Perfectly executed game!
It is a fun quick paced game with a lot of fun mechanics which made ever level a challenge. And the fact that you go down a level when you die makes it a lot more challenging!

Great game! The theme is a bit stretched in my opinion, but it still fits it and the game is really fun and challenging. I especially like the mechanic where you go back to the previous level, it adds to the challenge in a good way!

Cool game. I liked the style and gameplay. The levels did get harder and getting send back one level for the umpteenth time was a little bit annoying.

Really really cool! The sound and visual effects were perfect (dash and scene transitions how?!!?!). Thank you for making wave 11 how you did, because it definitely took me quite a few tries to get the core. I had been working on a top down shooter for months, and yours is 10x better in only 3 days. Great job!

Hi, I tried your Linux build but it wasn't working for me. I see the Unity load screen then the music starts but the visuals look corrupted this is what I see fullscreen

@vknauss What specs does your computer have? Might be an old GPU, not sure how our shaders interact with older hardware

When I start the game, the screen turns pink from the center, and then nothing happens. :( I can hear sound, but I can't do anything. Nothing is logged to the console. Any idea how to fix this?

I'm using Linux (Manjaro).

@phi Hmm, strange. What GPU does your computer have?

@thegamer1123211 I don't have a separate GPU, just an internal graphics processor (Intel UHD Graphics 620 I think?)

@phi Ahh, that's probably why then. The pink thing is the Unity error shader, and I'm guessing that your GPU sadly doesn't support some of the features that we take advantage of.

@thegamer1123211 Okay, that's unfortunate. :/ Then it might be useful to add specific requirements to your description, so people don't spend several minutes trying to get something running that doesn't work ;) (or release a web version)

@thegamer1123211 I have a Radeon RX 580. Only 3 years old, my drivers support OpenGL 4.5 and Vulkan 1.1

Extremely fun gameplay! I had a blast dashing around, swapping weapons, hiding behind cover, and strategizing on how to complete each level. The modifiers like extreme recoil and "gun hot potato" were awesome additions too. I'm a big fan of how the dash effect looks visually as well as how the enemies fracture as their health goes down. Really solid entry overall - well done!

Nice and snappy which is really great! I sorta wish the enemies were a little bit easier to kill or the rifle did a little more damage. I ended up using the shotgun most of the time because it seemed to just get the work done. Otherwise, really great attempt! Well done!
