Are you Dead Weight?
Dead Weight is a first person platforming game about cleaning up the darkest depths of a dark place..
Jump around the platforms and try to push off the skulls that will make the platforms sink.
Try to collect the Blue Orbs or you will become slow and sink to the cheesy lava.
Try to survive as long as you can, but Death is inevitable.
Post your highscores bellow!
Controls:
- Move - WASD
- Jump - SPACE
- Aim - Mouse
- Push skulls with Left Click
- Quit - ESC

Awesome atmosphere. It's like Doom meets Spleef. I've never seen this mechanic before but I think it's a great idea. The game really builds that sense of dread from visuals to audio to gameplay. Great work!

Yeah it starts a bit slow but after you get to around 4 min, most of the platforms are gone so it gets harder. I'm glad you liked it.

After some tries, I got 2 minutes. Very nice audio too. Quite enjoyable voice work :D

Oh, I love the old school Quake vibes with the graphics here. Looks awesome. Interesting concept for a game too, very innovative. One thing I would've liked to see was more feedback for the player's left click skull-pushing ability, sound effects/visual effects/something that gives a better sense of what your "clicking range" is. Other than that, nice execution of an interesting premise! Liked the ambient sound effects too.

I survived for 3 minutes and i think i can make it longer. Great work! I really like this scene in lava with skeletons dropping from the sky. very nice graphics and audios. And the idea that i'm becoming stronger and stronger but still not able to make it forever is good. Congratulations :D

Really fun to play! Goode mood and match the theme. A little hard to get rid of skulls, but i really enjoy playing it.

The menu, graphics and audio are all very good. The gameplay is a bit simplistic but suits the theme well. Good job.

Visuals are on point! I like the gameplay of it as well. Feels like it could be an awesome mini-game in like a Doom themed Mario Party game.

The ambiance and sounds were incredible, as was the atmosphere. I just didn't feel too much trouble, in fact, I ended up losing because my boss came to the office and I had to stop playing, but I'll try again later.
