Im a bit blown away by this. This is my 6th ludum dare and this is one of if not the best game ive played here. Top marks for mood and the gritty graphics.

I did encounter a bug tho where it seemed like i could no longer hit an enemy right in front of me if i was pinned up against the wall for some reason. I would probably also put wasd as the default controls as i got a bit confused at first haha.

@0x01f0 I use app id 480 that's name SpaceWar on steam it's a debug id to create game with api without paying 100€ and without steam page.

Very good mood, nice graphics and good character control but... there are three easy to fix things which would make this game way better for me:
- The biggest flaw in my opinion (and again: easy to fix!): enemies are waaay to spongy. They would feel much much better if they had HP for like 1-3 hits. If you worry that would be too easy, just make more of them or make them faster/smarter/whatever.
- Player is too slow. Sprint speed should be the default speed. Then you can get rid of sprinting completely or make it even faster.
- Shooting sound is too muted. It should be loud and juicy.

If you're going to create a post-jam version, I'm really looking forward to it. This game has a lot of potential and a very cool atmosphere.

Extremely professional-looking game, awesome graphics and I'm just amazed you went and made it work with multiplayer and Steam, this sounds like a colossal task on its own! I'm sure it'd be a lot more fun playing with friends too and I'm sure that a more content-rich version of this would be quite popular as a full release. Great job to all of you!

played this game on stream! reminds me a lot of CoD zombies :) the steam integration bit seems really cool, I might try that in the future to see how it works ^^

Awesome Ambiance, the art is great. The damage you take from a creature are a but high and make you lose quick. Anyway very great job for this game =)

Yeah, it's very impressive. Super creepy. If only it had more weapon types and I would also like a bit faster movement.

Holy shit that was an experience. I will come to your house and knock you down if you don't develop this further. I hate it with every atom in my body (in a good way). The damn dread that washes over me when I see their tall, lanky bodies head towards me... Goddamn.
