The Boxing String
Welcome to The Boxing String!
This is a hybrid typing/fighting game. You have ten seconds to type in your string of moves, and ten seconds to fight using the moves you typed out. If the LD embed doesn't work, you can go to the itch.io page and play it online there.
-----------------HOW TO PLAY---------------
Use arrow keys to walk, SPACE to jump and X to punch.
When you're typing, there's a few commands you can use:
WALK - grants you 1 "walk" move
JUMP - allows you to jump once
PUNCH - allows you to punch once
In order to defeat Ducky, you'll need to master using all three! Good luck!

Wow! I like the concept a lot! Mixing a typing game with some sort of arcady/combat type of game is really clever and works really well. The music is good and the art is simple but beautiful and terribly effective !

The duck is very cute :) Very innovative idea, I like how it pushes you into thinking ahead of what to do before of the next session. Kinda hard do decide it on your feet, and kinda hard to execute too

I like the consept allot.
Only when you die (knocked down) its hard to get back.
