Capitalism never rests, even after the end of the world Congo Corp the worlds largest delivery company won't give its employees any time off. You are one of their delivery drivers and are accompanied by Handee a wonderful little bracelet that will blow up if you don't make your deliveries on time to give some nice motivation. You will also need to gather your own supplies and fuel, remember "we don't pay you to sit around and be lazy, heck we barely pay you anyways".

LOL. I adore this. I'm a big fan of Crazy Taxi so this was an automatic blast. The dialogue was so creative and fun! Loving all the art design as well. Great choice of music, and an amazing game over sequence too.

I loved the detail on the truck and the buildings. Also, I loved the drawn style of the dialogue. Gameplay was good. I'm always happy when I can immediately understand the controls.

Fun idea. I think there were a few too many pauses in the beginning. I think a lot of them could have been popups while you are still making deliveries.
I liked how the game felt, almost a sense of nostalgia. I also enjoyed using the oil puddles to my advantage for speed.

Why do you do this to me? I got my crazy taxi problem solved just for you to make me fall back in.
Fun game, easy to grasp and fast to play. (Also, nothing says gamejam like an options button in the main menu that does nothing at all, I'm not blaming, I just wanted to say that I understand it)

This was genuinely a good time! The art style looked really good, the humor was excellent, and felt super appropriate for the theme. Great work! :D

I had a fun time with this! I agree with the points by Colin about the stoppage at the beginning. I think this was probably out of scope, but a GPS kind of map would be cool. Also, when I ran out of stuff on the bars, the game just ended abruptly. I wasn't sure if it was crashing at first, so a game over screen would be great in future versions. All in all, though, I felt the frantic pacing of a delivery driver.

Jokes aside, it was one of the best driving games on this LD so far - the controls were smooth, the van was behaving arcade-y, and was fun to drive.
I couldn't drive on some buildings at angle - despite looking drive-able, I was getting stuck in those.
Was the Options button intentional? I had a laugh about that (did that in few jams already).
Overall, I enjoyed the game - despite personally not liking time-limited games, I didn't mind it here.

The button was not intentional haha, I was sketching out the UI menu a few hours before submitting, so it got left behind. We really did get the full game jam experience.

really awesome game, i want to create a car driving delievery too, but my team were some different, your game looks exactly like i imagined it too only faster and with drifting =D

I love te idea but being interrupted so often by dialogues kinda killed the fun for me. Also collisions on the collapsed buildings you're supposed to drive on to get higher is messed, I ended up getting stuck and lost due to the timer :(

This was a fun game to play. I like the humorous dialogue and little things like the skid marks that improve the overall feeling of the game. A small improvement that I think could have been made is to add some indication of the controls in the game, for instance adding a small "[SPACE] to continue" text or something similar in the bottom of the dialogue. The controls are stated in the description though, so it's really a minor thing.

This game has a very cute art style, and the humorous tone also makes me really enjoy it! Every explosion is very spectacular, and the music selection is just right. Overall, this is a very outstanding game, and you did a really great job!

@colin-misbach I totally agree I think in a revision most of the pop ups could be done without pausing the game and just auto run to prevent breaking up its pace.

Neat entry with solid driving mechanics. A handbrake would have been nice to try an slide around the corners.
Liked the humor and ending but found the pauses a bit.. flow breaking.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that on a 4k screen, the UI-scaling is a bit sub-optimal.

Very nice game! Love the graphics and the environment. Runs really fluid for all those details. Also the sound effects and music are awesome. The steering of the car feels great, except sometimes it kept being stuck in windows, when running up a skyscraper. It's a bit hectic, because its hard to know where the orange and blue rings are. But hat lots of fun. Good job!

Just driving around in this game is already a lot of fun, and having to look for packages and the silly dialogue on top made it even better. I really liked this a lot! :D Great job!
The only thing that bothered me was that I often did not really know how to get to certain delivery points, for example those on top of buildings. I guess I needed to find some ramp, but with the ticking clock I never had time to look for it. The arrow was also not helping much in this case, as it just pointed up. But that really did not take away much from the fun of driving around.

The visuals in this game, while modest, create a visually consistent and engaging experience that complements the gameplay mechanics
I would add that it was very difficult to climb certain slopes for some reason, and it prevented me from completing some of the deliveries.
