Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to control the cells in your liver and protect yourself from being de-livered (in the worst sense).
Your character (he is from Liverpool, by the way) loves to indulge in junk food, alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs - things that can seriously harm your liver.
But don't leave your liver behind!
You have the power to fight back!
Just drag and drop the cells to battle against these toxins and try to reach the grand old age of 80! You can move cells around to evade enemies, build different tactics using attacking cells, shield cells and healing cells.
