You have to find a safer place to deliver your children, go through caves and predator infested waters to get to a place where your children can grow up safely.

Disclaimer: Game is not completely finished as I didn't have a lot of time and started far to late. Missing features. Dying (currently enemies only knock you back and slow you down), timer and leaderboard, sounds and a way to close the game.

I did not have any experience with the 2D side of unity, so I had to learn a lot while developing the game. I believe I did well considering this is my first time working on such a time limit.

Made with unity in about 12 hours.

With a bit more work you could have made this into a really fun little game, but for now it feels really unfinished. But I hope you learned something you can use for your next game.

Nice concept. Seahorse just needs some cute animation! And the sound. But the idea of a seahorse delivery adventure is fun!

First and foremost, congratulations on your attempt. Sea horse delivery is a good idea, but it is unfinished. This game requires a lot of work, but the fact that you completed the basics in such a short period of time is greatly appreciated. Nice try, and best wishes for your next game jam:)

Considering your limitations of starting late and not having enough time, AND it being your first time doing 2D in Unity, its a really good entry!

the game is super Comfy! and the graphics are cute as hell, and really lend themselves to the atmosphere. I think some music would really help sell the feeling you were after. The game is also really unique this ludumdare, which i LOVE!

Solid game, i feel like it was just a few steps shy from being great!

Great little game!! A can tell how much care and effort went into this, and I just want to say - this absolutely blows my first-time entry out of the water. It's quite an ambitious project for your first experience with Unity 2D, and I've got to say it's paid off!

It's obviously got a little ways to go, some polish would do it wonders, but this is excellent. You should be proud of yourself!
