This is cool! Easily the most atmospheric game I’ve played in this jam so far; the background music adds a lot to it. The mechanic is fun but feels a little too simple—maybe some action you could take other than moving would help?
@mahalis ty! and yes, I planned to add gain "rage mod" yo give player ability to shoot balls for limited time. but hey, feature cut is the only way to publish a gameright? =D
I love how it is a game made for playing it. Upon launch it just launhces you straight into gameplay and when you die it doesn't ask if you want to restart, it KNOWS you want to restart. Amazing. Also I like the healthbar system.
For a game as simple as dodging orbs, it's visually stunning! It's one of those very few games that made me hear my GPU fans spin, haha. I got up as high up to 115 seconds without dying.
I have never seen a bullet hell game that looks this good. The music and the atmosphere is great. I didn't quite understand when I am supposed to die and when I am not. Also didn't get the purpose of the timer.
clear visuals and good sound design! i'm not a big fan of "just get points and lose", i think you can get some number to add a win condition) its a jam, in the second i understand that there is no end here - i'm out)
Greek touhou be fun. I tried a bunch of times, best I got was 41. Stylistically consistent and nice graphics, sounds also adequate.
I wasn't quite sure when Σησυφ was supposed to die, I sometimes lost on the first scrape of a stone and sometimes bounced them right back. Sometimes hits also felt like they didn't register.
Anyway, the game is a textbook example of a good jam project, an overall well executed simple idea.
