Trees! Everywhere!
Nowhere to go.. But a lot of potential lumber 🪓
Controls:
Move: WASD
Chop: E
Build: Q
You can clear out space, gather lumber and build houses. Any point to this? Completely up to you!
Actually interesting mechanics where planned, but this was my first 3D game and experience couldn't match ambitions..
I used https://opengameart.org/content/low-poly-tree-1 for the trees.
Every other asset is made by yours truly.
Why does the man have only one arm? Angry trees ate it! not buying it? Let's just say it was my first time using Blender too...
Title screen? It's there, unfinished, in the source. ISP killing my net at upload time was an unwelcome surprise.
Maybe I'll eventually start a LudumDare properly prepared. I had a lot of fun making it though!
