Game Where You Kick Enemies Off A Platform

Not the most innovative arcade-style game, but the kind of floaty physics actually give it an interesting new feel, which fits the premise pretty well. The graphics are cute, but there was an issue with stray pixels appearing near sprites, which kept bugging me. My biggest issue with the gameplay was that the hitbox on the fireballs was weird, so sometimes you could avoid being fully knocked offscreen, but sometimes you end up stuck to them.

Cool, I would make the enemies little more dangerous through, I only ever lost to the fireballs.

I especially like the game title, it fits the game very nicely.
Also, if the enemies could kick you that could make the game deeper (and require changing the game title).

A good idea well executed, the controls are very responsive and polished, the sound effects are pretty good and fit perfectly with the game, congratulaions on the work!!

Came for the title, I guess funny names work as an eye catcher ! Simple game, yet a bit fun, could be more playable if it was getting more challenging with time but I after reaching 50 I had the feeling nothing was changing and I got a little bored, small addition of spawn rate or ennemy speed could maybe make things a bit spicier !

So simple and fun. this is exactly a jam game needs to be. good use of the theme too. Congrats.

Fun! Great job. I like to kick the demons and the space felt very limited! Like a minimal, surreal, martial art. Would have been nice to get a bit of variation in the enemies, maybe some ranged attacks or something.

So concept is Cool, and from the little time I played I enjoyed it!

Some feedback though:

In the future try not to force movement with the arrow keys, or make a rebind system. You may ask why and the answer is very simple but overlooked most of the time: Not everyone has arrows on their keyboard...
For instance, I have a 60% keyboard, which doesn't have arrows, the only way I could play your game was by only kicking the enemies :/

Beside that, it's a fun game and the theme is definitely respected!

Vert nice for what it is. Reminds me a lot of that browser dinosour jump game. Good for killing a few minutes while waiting for something.

Ahahaha lol, I had so much fun in so tiny little span of time :laughing: Minimalist style of pixels and sounds perfectly compliments minimalist gameplay. For me it was challenging, the max I got is 23, and I really was laughing like an evil hyena from Lion King while I kicked some loosers from my tiny platform. Probably I would get back again and try to do better)

It's always enjoyable to kick people of platforms and A+ for that title choice. Fun game all around.
I was hoping for some additional difficulty modifiers to speed, but it still worked well.

This game becomes fun because of its simplicity, I can totally imagine whiling away my commute with a good playlist and passing the time with this game. Congrats on the submission!

Kicking enemies off is satisfying, but other than that the game is a bit boring. Maybe if the level got smaller as the game progressed it would be more interesting. Also having to deal with multiple enemies at once, so you could get fun combos or something. Other than that, it's neat!
