Lack of time to implement:
If you put a cat somewhere it doesn't fit, there is supposed to be a visual indicator to show you the cat didn't fit. You can't fix it, but this is what the game over screen references.
Known Bug:
Mouse seems to drift to the right in the web build, but only when the game is capturing the mouse completely.
