Spent way too much time playing this. The simplicity makes it very addicting :smile: At times very punishing, and no matter what, I cannot seem to get past level 8. The sound effects and music add a lot to the mood of the game, and the graphics are very nice! I feel like this game would have a lot of potential for further development, with power ups and maybe more planets to orbit around.

Extremely good game, this is exactly what I think of when I think 'Game Jam'. The music is nice, the sound effects are great, and the gravity stuff is super funny to watch. Graphics are fine, and the termination log is just great. A fire indicator trajectory thing would have been nice, but thats probably just nitpicking. Great job!

Loved the mechanics, great game. It's better to make a good game with a tenuous connection with the theme.

I cracked up every time I shot the 'poor fella' and he you could here is cries from back on earth. Great stuff!

Amazing visuals, physics, and conception in general. I didn't understood the huge white flashes which hide the half of screen, but overall I really liked to play it. I hope you won't drop it and build into a full pledged game project. I would play it with huge pleasure!

Good game mechanics. Gravity works great. Sometimes a little too good on Earth :)
I love to just fire randomly at full speed and see what the result is

really nailed the juice on this, feels so satisfying to shoot the earth junk out. had me hooked!

Was getting some major "Kevin the Spaced Penguin" vibes from this. Classic. Simple fun mechanics easy to pick up and orbital mechanics always get a +1 from me

shot at full power in the opposite direction of the sun and saw this little planet orbiting at light speed 😅

@technonugget Wow, that's the first time i've seen mercury outside of level 5! :D I just put it at an absurd range when it's supposed to "not exist".
Happy to see more bevy entries, I'll take a look.

This is soooooo good and addicting. So very very well done. I like the list of components, completely irrelevant for the gameplay, but a very nice touch of detail. I judge your game to be quite a serious game, in the way that you can use it to experiment with physics just by trying out different angles to shoot. And i like the simplicity of things and the launch blast sound is quite satisfying. So well done on so many levels! :)

Really cool game - played it to the end. Great graphics / lighting and really chill music I was happy grooving to the entire time. Sound effects were great especially charging up a shot - the animation for this was great too felt like there was tons of weight.

Really loved the screaming it was hilarious every time.

I had issues with web build: shot charging bar appears to the left and it move screen and objects to the side. After that white vfx just spread around the screen.

But I managed to shoot and get several crates)

What a fun game, I could have easierly played this for a lot longer, Well done on a great entry.

This game has the coolest sound design of any game I've seen this jam! The music is a bop, and I love the dynamic planet-screaming effects.

The gameplay is fun, and really challenging to get the gravity right without destroying Earth. The only aspect I didn't like was how hitting an asteroid in the later levels reset all space debris. It was hard to predict whether I'd hit one, so it felt random whether my shot would go through. Otherwise though this was a really neat entry!
