Shroomed is a game where a zombie, transported on a spaceship, must be delivered to a planet for further research.

The gameplay is the routine of a security worker on a spaceship. Your spaceship is more like scrap metal, so do everything in your possibilities to prevent this flight from taking you to your forefathers.

The majority of gameplay consists of dialogues, where NPCs can interact with you and always remember what they said last.


In addition to dialogues, the game features small quests that take the form of mini-games, adding to the overall experience​

Controls:

WASD or arrows - movement
E - Interact
LMB - Talking
Esc - Main Menu

Update Changes:

1.00 - Game release.

1.01 - Sky moving fixed.

1.02 - A/C task fixed, Sprite layers fixing.

1.03 - A/C task fix fixed(lol), UI transperancy fixed.

Current version on itch is the latest version!

I did 3/4 missions. Didn't understand how to repair the AC, I think I missed some dialogue. Cool concept, pretty similar to the game I made. I like the hand drawn environment.

I like the art, but the rest wasn't so great - AC repair didn't seem to work at all, so couldn't advance.

Although I can tell that the game doesn't feel finished, at least there's some effort put in this project: A working dialogue system, and character movement. There's also that one minigame. If I had to choose one thing to improve, it would be the writing. All in all, good job on the effort given it was within a weekend~

@lexyvil Unfortunately, you're right, the game is about 70% complete. The result was a ready-made dialogue system, and the rest, such as sprites and mini-games, partially implemented.

@thealexwolf Yeah, figuring the right scope is often a challenge that even I have trouble with handling at times.

Reparing the engine was fun. didn't figure out how to get in cargo taking "gordon freeman" equipment.

running animation was funny, the scrolling noise as the background was cool too! dont understand how the theme is applied though. The dialogue was very entertaining!

@mozokevgen Thanks for playing! I would like it too, but unfortunately in a hurry that’s all we could do. We had something like a scenario with an ending, but we had to abandon it. But I still hope you enjoyed playing the game!

Yo, interesting game! Cute little graphics. The way your character runs is quite funny haha! Would definatly add some music. and there were points where I have no idea what to do but over nice work!
