Your warehouse has *limited space*, so you need to load the constantly incoming crates into space trucks that will distribute their cargo to your customers. Of course, the trucks have *limited space* too, so you can't always fit everything. But, you'll be penalised if the truck goes out with empty spaces...
To make matters worse, as you ship more crates, demand for your services grows, and crates start arriving faster. And if your warehouse fills up, it's game over.
