In this game, you play as a contractor (a Wares Acquisition Professional) who explores the barren remains of a long-dead civilization in search of any signs of sustainable life.
Equipped with a bare-minimum exoskeleton, you traverse the world using your special abilities thanks to a press of the spacebar. One tiny caveat: you need to scavenge those abilities off of the bodies of unlucky but well-equipped contractors, and they're single use.
In other words, you have limited space(bar) usage.
