Walking The Pig is a text adventure written in Inform 7.

It’s playable on the web.

There is no graphics or audio in this game, so I opted out of those categories.

If you have never played a game like this before, you basically type what you want to do and the game responds. What you need for this particular game:

* Looking at things, e.g. “look at rope” or “examine rope”, or the usual short form “x rope”.
* Look at everything, including yourself! “look at self” or “look at me”.
* Picking things up. “take rope” or “get rope”.
* Dropping things. “drop rope”.
* Moving around. “go north”, “go west”, “go south”, “go east”, or their short forms “n”, “w”, “s”, “e”
* Leashing animals. ”leash horse".

Many other verbs work too. (there are no ropes or horses in this game)

Look at everything, including yourself!

(There is a link to a transcript below if you can't figure it out. In that transcript only necessary steps are taken though, there is more to look at)
