Once you have all that you can carry click on the green pillar in the starting room to see what happens! Apologies if the mouse over events are a little janky :( The sweet spot is in the center of the image so try and aim for your cursor to get there before clicking

This was my first time doing Ludum Dare! I mainly wanted to focus on learning Blender and try to create a narrative system in Unreal. I had a lot more I wanted to do in terms of dialogue interactions, but overall I am happy with what I ended up with :smile:

It was not really clear what the goal was, I needed to take things to my next life or since im dead... But when i grabbed pancake and the black thing there was nothing. I was very much not directed into a constant state of gameplay. I like the design and 3D assets, the dialogue was cool and intuitive. Thanks!

I'm going to agree with everyone else here. The characters are adorable! Its such a pleasant little vignette with slightly confusing gameplay. The hand drawn UI style I love, the gradient on the characters and hats I loved too.

I love the game and all the characters, its a beautiful atmosphere, some of the click events can be kinda janky but that's fine. PS: the dog is my favourite!

Loved the characters but wasn't too sure what my end goal was. This felt like an interactive museum where I can look at the art and click on thing to see their interactions. Overall I think this was a really creative take on the theme, nice work!

Thoroughly enjoyed this game! The characters are downright adorable. 😊 The whole concept is a win for me. the mouse clicks felt a tad tricky at some times. Regardless, keep up the fantastic work! I'm rooting for these cute characters and their adventures!

The graphics were nice, and looked pretty cohesive. The game itself was a bit boring though - would have made the characters say different things when pairing them with different items at least. The music was nice at first but got repetitive after a while - it would have been nice to have some other sound effects as well.

Thanks all for the kind words regarding the game's visuals and characters! Definitely agree with the points about it being confusing/having janky click events/not having much to do. There was a lot more I wanted to do to make it feel more like an actual game but I way overscoped. Lesson learned I guess haha Thanks for the feedback nonetheless!

Really like the style and characters, the combinations reminded me of Little Inferno, a secret story as a result to trying the combinations could be a cool future extension to this.

I definitely agree with all of the comments loving the visuals and the concept.

I have two notes about the hats though. For some reason when I tried to go without picking anything/anyone it counted it as being all hats and unlocked the void hat thing. Also, I would have loved to see some sort of further Easter egg if you went with all four hats plus the secret hat blob.

One other suggestion would be to have the transitions move in the direction that the rooms are, instead of always going the same direction. Overall a nicely polished though, and a cool concept.
