Vocatio

Description
In Vocatio you will play as a Wizard who seems to have lost some of their memories. Along their travels you will encounter many not so friendly critters and people in various locations. This might just require you to summon up some courage and obliterate all who dare stand in your way. Focus your mind and summon forth the magic that you have mastered and send them back to where they came from!
Goal and Theme of the game
The goal is fairly simple really: don't die
How does one do that? Simple! walk around, dodge unfriendly characters and send them to their grave by summoning your magical spells. Weave your staff (cursor), draw the right shape, and depending on how well you do a spell is cast that will damage your enemies!

THERE IS ALSO A SIMPLE IN-GAME TUTORIAL- W A S D -> Control your character
- Mouse -> Draw shapes to cast spells and devastate your enemies
- Escape -> Pause the game
About us
We usually are a team of three friends from the Netherlands who love making games and programming. We wanted to make as much of the game on our own as we could. Installation and Tips
Sorry for not providing an HTML5 version, sadly due to some limitations (we suspect threading) we could not compile for the Web this time around...
Please don't let that stop you though!
When running on macOS or Linux (if available) you may run into some trouble getting started. At least for the linux build you might have to add executable rights to the main executable.
To do this on linux run the following command: `chmod +x ./Vocatio.x86_64`
To do this on MacOS run the following command: `chmod +x ./Vocatio\ MacOS.app/Contents/MacOS/Vocatio\ \(TM\)
` and then open the game with ctrl+click > open
