Revenge on Grim

First all 5 star rating I've given this jam, really enjoyed the gameplay and mechanics, at the start i got a little overwhelmed by how many enemies were spawning and struggled to get to the upgrade station without taking a lot of damage but once i got enough upgrades i was perfectly fine, the boss surprised me when it came out of nowhere i was not expecting it, i loved the music and graphics of the game too, they were really amazing! The only thing i would change would be adding more waves, but other than that i loved the game! Good Job!

Returning to the barrel every time is a bit annoying, but I suppose that's intentional :)

That hard mode is brutal! But challenging enough to keep me invested. Very atmospheric, and the summons feel powerful and fun to use. Well done!

Fun game, addicting, the soundtrack is nice although the sounds a little bit repetitive.

Fun game. Going to go back and try the hard mode now. I like the use of theme. I would love to see where you expand on this game.

Hard mode was good fun, liked this game a lot! Making you have to go back to the soul jar to upgrade your summons was a really cool and interesting design choice for the theme, nice job!

Managed the easy difficulty by playing through with close combat units. Interesting concept, had a great time in the game!

The only thing I disliked was that the rotating summons made it hard to feel the size and position of the main character, which made evading enemies more difficult.

A lot of fun! Could use indicators for the pickup range and give gems a pickup fx to know you've picked them up (I thought they were despawning.)

This is top notch, certainly 5 stars. I was thinking in past about this mechanic when I saw on youtube the famous "scam" game. It was with swords rotating around you. It was a nice to play this type of game. Fun as I think it would be. And oh my god, you even added a boss!

I had a urge to "click" when i was near a jar so it happened to me few times that I clicked something what I did not wanted to, because it was enough to get close to the jar.

This is fun, easy to grasp, but the difficulty ramps nicely. Got splatted by the boss,but it was only my first go so probably to be expected. not sure why some summons didn't bring up the window, just took my coins and did nothing. Perhaps it was upgrading something automatically but I couldn't figure out what.

This game is amazing, nice final boss and even on the easy level, I couldn't beat it the first time, haha. Really well done, guys!

This game works very well, I had a good time on it, but the concept remains similar to many games posted during this jam, it is however a very good idea to offer several difficulties at the start and the pixel art graphics are really successful. This is one of the best versions of Vampire Survivors I've seen this year.

Damn, this game has a simple premise but the features work together just right so the game is really really fun. I love the 3 classes of summons giving it high replayability. I think the only weak point is the audio, which could be a bit more punchy to make it more satisfying, but it's still pretty decent. Everything else is superb!

really good game design. in my opinion the fact alone that you can play it on easy and hard and have 3 different class setups to play makes it so much fun. there is so much replayability. big thumbs up!

Loved the spinning skellies. Very fun satisfying gameplay and good level up system. Fairly balanced, Easy was a perfect "normal" level. and Hard was quite hard so well done. XD

This is pretty balanced! I played every class and none of them felt too easy or too hard, I just had to develop different strategies and pick different upgrades for each one.
The boss caught me off guard on my first run but it was a good surprise xD
