This is an exploration of branching narrative. It's a piece of interactive fiction, like a choose your own adventure book with variables.
It's about a person who steals a truck and drives it to a cemetery to summon a demon.
There is no soundtrack or visuals. Only silence and written words, so put on some music and turn to your mind's eye while you play. For music I recommend sludgy stoner metal or something dark and ambient. Apologies I didn't have time to record anything.
It's made in Twine, contains nearly 12,000 words, and has a handful of endings. More if you count the ways to die. This is my first time doing an interactive fiction piece (rather than like, a platformer or whatever) and I really enjoyed the process. Please enjoy!
**Play The Fifth Seal**
**Play on Itch**
*Content warning: Tobacco Use, Adult Themes, Occult Themes, Blood and Violence, Loss*
