The game is exciting, but I don’t really understand the choice of lighting. Also, the game is fun, and moving with the spider is very satisfying. The mechanics are simple but used effectively. The atmosphere is incredible, so congratulations!

This is unplayable. The game lags heavily on my powerful computer.

Hi @motoilyuha i am sorry to hear that we will update our game this week normaly to add the content we couldn't had and correct some issue, i will look into that.

While the lighting choice felt a bit unusual, it actually adds to the eerie vibe of the game, making it even more immersive. 🌙 The mechanics are simple but very well executed, making every moment exciting.

Does need a bit of optimisation, great spooky feeling tho!

the game looks very interesting, however I didn't understand the controls at all. forward on "Z", back on "S" right on "D", left I didn't find the key. I'm afraid yes, you need optimization. After going through several game jams I would advise you to take a lower bar when discussing future work =)

I thought of trying you game but Download 2.52gb? whats going on.

Hi @ollibanjo i am really sorry about that, we are only student some even in first year so we are not fully

proficient in optimising our project, when we integrate 3D assets we couldn't decrease the weight of the project.

Hi @tentacledream, firstly for the controls it's mainly because we are a french team so we use our placement of

keys, we sould have make it more usable for everybody.

For our scope it's real that we over expected our hope and had to cut a lot so the game not perfect but we are

still proud of what we accomplished, it's a great experience for our future project.

Despite the lack of optimization :sweat_smile:, the gameplay experience is really cool and intense! :smile:

What a cool game, but as others have said, the movment keys took a bit of time to get used too. Some optimization would've been nive too. But overall a really good game! :)

I love the horro game! It is realy cool and challenging~ The atmosphere is tensing and memorable. Although the game lacks some optimization and it was a little difficult to run the game on my computer at first, the overall experience was good! Good Job! (BTW, I also have a jam work. If you can have a try and leave some suggestions, we will be very grateful! THX! :smiley: )

I liked the style and idea of the game, it was fun to play)

Key issues I ran into:
- Controls were ZQSD instead of WASD on my QWERTY keyboard
- Could not figure out how to turn into a mouse / was essentially block. Am I missing a key for that?

Lag wasn't too bad on my GPUless work laptop.

Regardless of those issues, the graphics looked intense and the mood was there.

Hi @winter2277, as we're French, we started working on the game using ZQSD to make it easier for us. Unfortunately, we forgot to put it into WASD before release. This problem will be solved with a patch that also improves optimization. Next, to use the morph, the keys are 1, 2 and 3, 1 for the human, 2 for the mouse and 3 for the spider.

unfortunately I couldn't play in good conditions, since my computer couldn't run your game properly and my character was turning his head extremely slowly. I guess it's a performance issue.
Otherwise I found your game interesting on the aspect of the mechanics used to navigate in the environment. The sounds can be very close and very scary, that's a great point! I would have simply liked to play your game in better conditions.

Unfortunately I'm having issues playing this, WASD doesn't work despite the game saying it does, and interacting with E doesn't seem to do anything...
