For a simple auto scroller, there is room for neat movement options. Rapidly moving left and right lets you stay in place. Going for all the gold in a layer felt like an advanced strategy to go for a higher score. I was wondering if there was a bottom, and when I reached it I got stuck without a way to restart. The sound effect for hitting a wall is pretty loud, which can be comical but repeated quickly enough it gets grating. A funny issue popped up I had to check. The game's resolution is so big I had to scale down the screen size, but that caused the score and depth text to leave the screen, so I didn't know what my score was until I hit an end. The UI features can get weird in unity. I find textmeshpro to be more reliable to exist in real space sometimes. More variation would be cool to see. Good work!
Good use of the theme! For some reason i expected the gas to expand initially (maybe that's just my expectation for gas), there are definitely many ways one could expand on this such as adding different hazards or more valuable ore veins in harder to reach locations. Great work and thanks for the game!
Fits the theme well, but personally I think it's too unforgivable. I would make it a bit slower, and gave like several attempts, possibly with ability to heal. Instant death is just too frustrating :( and doesn't fit the funny mood given by the music
