Apteka
Apteka
A three-day pharmacy counter game. You are Paul, a pharmacist in a Soviet pharmacy around 1930, with a feverish child at home and 60 rubles in the purse. Use old scales to measure and grind drugs.
Customers describe their ailments. Find the right jar (Book: B), grind it, pour it onto the balance (hold Space) and trim until the beam is level, then hand it over. Poison-register drugs need the customer’s paper: no paper, send them away (D) or take a fine. Three fines and Paul is taken to the GULAG.
Engine: Unreal Engine 5.8, so the game is slightly bigger (950 MB).
Optimized for Steam Deck, supports gamepad.
Running also on Steam Deck. Adjust your graphic settings if the auto-detected settings gives low FPS.
Opted-out of Graphics due to re-used assets from my previous projects.

the content is pretty decent but everything being available at the first moment makes it hard to learn imho.
would love to see this game after jam with a more graspable progress.
edit: or not. I dont care for people botting my game. I want real opinions, not opinions of leeches.
I received no demerits by post; my family survives another night. I do enjoy these sorts of games of operating a complex user manual under time pressure--very well done!
"Medicine, Please" would honestly have been a fantastic title and reference.
This game is genuinely mind-blowing!
I have to admit, though, that nearly 1 GB was a bit of a killer hahaha, but it was absolutely worth it! Amazing work!
Everything models and UI already looks great together in one style.
Love analog thing in gameplay, probably if you put all interface as books on the table it would work well.
I also thought that your first screenshot is with shader and game also have it. It looks much better.
Anyway, great work!
