Hold, Please! - is a short, stressful 2D arcade puzzle game made from scratch for Ludum Dare 60 (Theme: Old Tech)
You operate a manual telephone switchboard. Copper cables, tangled ports, and panicked people screaming into the receiver. Your task is simple: patch each caller through to the right place before their patience timer runs dry. Check the paper phone book, match the grid coordinates, and try not to lose your mind.

Controls:
Left Mouse Button: click and drag the cable from the ringing port to the destination port, then release to plug it in.

Phone book on the right: shows coordinates for known locations.

Note: This is a game jam version made in 48 hours. The balance, pacing, and difficulty curve will be adjusted in future updates. A proper story mode with narrative breaks between shifts, more locations, and extra dialogue will be added post-jam.

Made solo for LD60.

// Don't pay too much attention to the cover; I'm testing out a few different ones.

A potentially interesting game; I didn't quite figure out the controls, but overall, it's pretty cool.

Game looks great and have a nice idea behind it but...i'm confuse don how to know new ports and locations for it :( a tutorial would be nice and starting more slowly with the calls to be able to figure things out.

I agree with one of the previous comments. It'd be nice if the first calls came in a bit slower, just to give you some time to get into the flow. But it's a really cool idea!
