Super cute! Visuals are great as always, but you made me to scrap a robo kitty! Shame on you :D At least I fixed my karma on the second run. Nice little game for time you had!
Wow, totally badass! LOL and yes! @jiri-hysek the kitty!!!! Shame on you!! ๐๐๐๐๐๐ I ended up sticking with some robot nepotism in the end. LOL yes, the robot horror is surprisingly effective.
This was really cool and very polished. If you decide to stick with this, for me, the main thing that could use a little love is making some of the UI a little more clear. It's not bad or anything, but there were a couple moments at the beginning where I was just standing there and didn't understand what was going on. lol I mean if you're intentionally going for confusing 80s adventure game vibes, ok, but from my perspective, a little subtle intentionality here would be helpful.
And if you decide to expand on this, making the goals a little clearer would help. I don't think in the LD realm, it's that big of a deal, but kind of understanding what you're trying to balance beyond just choosing one horror over another ๐๐๐๐. Nice job! Would play again
This isn't your average day to day old tech... this is cute old tech! As always great work on the graphics and sound. Letting the player make the decision further strengthens the mood!
The visuals are, as always for your games, wonderful. It's absolutely loaded to the brim with personality. It's short but that's not necessarily a bad thing for an LD entry.
I couldn't bring myself to scrap the sad robot, I felt too sorry for it! Eliciting an emotional response is a sure sign of quality so well done there. Lovely stuff.
Great game, loved the graphics, audio, and vibes. I also like what you did with the theme, sci-fi robots that are futuristic technology but old in the context. Not sure what all the endings would be so I stuck with my "could have done better" and "quite a few scraps" endings.
I love the idea and overall fantasy of the game: scanning unknown tech and making decisions about it while uncovering its secrets and stories. Great job, and the art style is amazing!
P.S. Big fan of your huge cursor arrow. For some reason, it makes the game feel much more interactive.
The emotional weight of making those scrapping decisions was really well handled. It elevated the game from a simple destructive concept into a genuine psychological drama. Loving how much personality you loaded into the little characters!
i didnt follow orders, i keep everyone ! that cost my own life but I was acting in accordance with my values ! great game ! the audio and the visuals allowed me to immerse myself in this narrative without any difficulty

For me, the world felt too static, I think it's missing extra environment interactions, like inspecting things and the character making puns about it.
I scrapped everything but the cat.
