Overheat

co-authored: @evesoda
The Pentagon launches a nuke at 03:00, and somehow it’s your job to stop it. Your father owes money to the wrong people, and they’ll clear his debts if you pull this off. They won’t buy you a better computer, though. All you’ve got is a dusty 2003 PC from a pawn shop, a sticky mouse and one tired cooling fan.

Every window you open makes it hotter. Hack in, stop the launch, and try not to set your desk on fire.!

This is really stylish and cool. How did you create the horizontal lines on the screen? They make everything look beautiful.

I love the idea that I’ve lost my cable, the battery is running low, and I can use fans to cool it down, but not all the time. It’s such a clever concept.

I’m a big fan. I’m glad you made this game. I really enjoyed it.

This was a wonderful game! I managed to stop the nuke with 1:07 to spare. I didn't notice that I had a cooling fan at first, but once I saw that I did much better. Good vibes, nice music, great graphics, overall just really liked this. I dunno how I never have seen Wordle but for numbers but good call! Thanks for making this!

Really really good fun. Very very stressful as well. Took a while to understand that i had to close windows and not ignore them, but got it on the second attempt. Both visuals and sound effects added to the stress.

Nice game, the story is so random it's hilarious, which I'm guessing was the goal. The only thing I found confusing was the password puzzle (the one with the words), where I didn't realize at first that the random characters at the start (% & _ etc) aren't actually part of the password. Congrats
