WASD for movement.

There are 4 levels. Once you complete the game, or die, you are taken back to the menu. I would have liked to have added a game over or congratulations screen, but ran out of time :(.

For this entry, I decided to make a bullet hell style game where you have to fight computer viruses infecting an old CRT monitor based computer.

I've used Unity for about 10 years now, and every entry I've made has used it. But for this one, I decided to give Godot a go. I started learning Godot about 3 months ago so this was definitely a massive learning experience :).

Simple but feels well polished. Choice of colours works well with the graphical style, feels very old retro.

the virus arena shooter works right away and stays readable. pretty plain visually, the old computer flavour could go a lot further, CRT look, file icons, DOS text

Really well polished, crisp graphics, nice feel. I like top down games where I just move around and shoot stuff like this. Well done! First play through I made it all the way through all 4 and back to llevel 1!

Looks old tech for sure but the design is good nonetheless.
The auto shoot and target is kinda double edged but it could be solved with simple tactics such as hit n run.
