All you have to do to help the greedy raccoon Furry get fish is click somewhere in the water to cast the fishing line and scroll down with the mouse wheel to reel it back in.

Sorry, I know i didn't describe the controls very well, First, you have click in the water with the left mouse button.
Next, If the bobber is floating over a shadow wait till the bobber sinks.
Then reel in by scrolling down.
DESCRIPTION EDIT #2:
I've added two screenshots to show the difference between the sunken and floating bobber; you want to reel in only if it is sunken or if it is not over a shadow so you can cast again.
sorry if it takes a while for the bobber to sink.
It randomly does it when it's over a shadow.
