I took the name literally and made it the name of game as well. I did use some previous art and I'm not 100% sure if the self composed nature of the proper Ludum Dare holds for minichallenges as well. I'm guessing not, since the time limit are more relaxed.
The story goes: you are stuck on a raft in the middle of the ocean. You are surrounded by sharks, and some pretty hostile birds. Your goal: to take down as many birds as you can. That's all.
Note. It also works on mobile phones - have tested it for iPhone 4 and it works splendidly - using tilt to move and tap to shoot. Probably should be fine on Samsung S3 and S4 as well.
I think the arrows are very slow which makes it really hard to hit the birds. Also the raft is pretty small so its hard to dodge the eggs when there are many of them at once. Did you do the sounds/music yourself?

There seems to be something wrong with the version I played, as most of the time there were no arrows, just the sound... and sometimes not even that ?!? Anyway, I pity the poor birds, and why are their eggs so dangerous ?!? :) Also, the sound doesn't loop correctly when I play, there is a slight delay before it restarts, killing the illusion of a continious soundtrack...
I like the music, although it doesn't repeat well. You could just put a longer pause in there and noone would notice. It played pretty good just shoot at the birds.
