Forget about turns, this is real time chess. It's hectic, chaotic and short. The winner is the guy who is able to process everything and cope under stress. Welcome to the new chess experience.

Note about this release.
It's the first public beta. The game is playable, but there's very little intelligence to the computers play, so winning is relatively easy, though not inevitable. Bugs are likely. Refinement is necessary, but hey, I made it. Cheers. Hope you like it, and hope you have fun.

Very nice! The cooldowns make it much more balanced and strategic than the other game I've seen implementing this idea. The AI is stupid, but presents a good challenge anyway. There seems to be a bug with pawn movement - two pawns can advance into the same square simultaneously, and one of them gets captured.

Wow, this can get really frustrating when you play too defensively and then the AI rushes in and you lose because you overlooked a pawn in all that mess... but it's cool.

interesting, the cool down timer adds to it but the ai is lagging behind so much... does add drama to the basic chess... Would be interesting with better Ai...
