So how would I play this??

@oobie you would use an emulator. http://coolrom.com has a collection of emulators. I don't know if it is possible to get this game to work on a real console, but I know that an emulator will work.

It worked fine

Nice for a start. Well, a lot of things are missing, you can't die, but my entry won't be more playable anyway. It's not easy to make something in 8bits for a short time.

I fully agree with Optimus6128. Good luck to finish the game!

You made some pretty good progress on this. I did some work with the NES a few years ago, building myself a flash cart and writing a loader for it, and patching certain ROMs to work with it. I made some dinky little demos sometime before that, too. So I can remember how tedious and time-consuming it was, especially with the 6502 being one of the more limited CPUs of the time with a tiny stack and limited registers to work with, not to mention trying to debug it.

Overall, good work!
