Japong - Tale of the Kicky Monk

Experience the ancient art of Japong!

In Japong there are three basic rules:
– Keep the jar up in the air by kicking it
– Don’t let the jar fall on your head
– Avoid enemy attacks

It is said if you know your enemies and know the jar, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.

Collect your chi and accept the challenge to become a grandmaster of Japong!

Yep, the current game skin is a bit far fetched for the PONG theme. If you want to know how this came to pass - I prepared a little blog post with a design breakdown. It also shows a minimalistic first iteration much more PONGY and the way we arrived at our current theme http://bit.ly/1CAbzlJ

Love the game and the art style. Very simple controls and quick play iterations makes this a pretty addicting game.

Enjoyed reading the design breakdown in your blog post. I'll have to do the same for my game. Helps to reflect to improve future designs.

I love this game idea. Very simple concept almost the same as mine with the one touch game play idea. The art is also very good and it fits perfectly.

Great game, it's much more challenging than expected. The game looks much easier. But the higher difficulty makes it more fun to play and very addictive. I think this will be great on mobile devices.
