Bloodthirsty

My MiniLD 60 Entry based on the theme "10 Seconds!"

In this top down beat 'em up, you are out to find (and kill) the vampire that cursed you. But in order to survive, you'll need blood... Every 10 seconds or so. Fight your way past thralls, and make your way down to the vampire's layer.

Controls:

Dash/Throw: Right stick
Punch: Right bumper
Grab/Bite: Left bumper
Drink Blood on Ground: A

Some notes: I originally wanted to make this as a roguelike with RPG elements (like leveling and skills) but that proved to be a little too ambitious. I'm not very satisfied with the control scheme, so it will probably be a bit too challenging for most. I can beat it, but.. Y'know. Anyway, sorry if it's too difficult :)
