Minimalist side-scrolling shooter where you can't shoot. Instead, get near other ships to take control of them.

You are an out-of place mind colony.
Get near white squares to infect them. When your shrinking & expanding circle overlaps them, they'll change appearance -- this means they're infected. Infected ships can infect others.
You control all infected squares simultaneously with the arrow keys.
Squares are mutually destroyed when they collide.
Squares are also destroyed from getting shot too much.
If you bring an infected square too close to the edge of the screen, the infection will pass (and you will lose control of that square)
To beat each level, simply control a certain number of squares.
Enjoyed it a lot. The gameplay mechanics is different from anything i know. Consider adding some light music in the background or even some sound effects for atmosphere.
Very cool mechanic. Loved the simple graphics. I would enjoy another mechanic like shuffling the positions of the ships under your control or temporary shields that bounce bullets back or something, but the game is great as is.
Quite a unique game, one of the best I tried in this ludum dare. Really Good mechanics, simple and straight forward. At first I didn't realized if I was dying or if I was advancing in level( the transition) But Really good entry :)
Very very good game. A friend took a long time before achieving the hard level. The concept is simple but funny. I think you can easily add more enemies and levels in the future. The graphics are simple but make the atmosphere. (a good music and some sounds would improve that ! ;)) Keep creating games !
