Kevin the Monster is misunderstood. He just wants to be everybody's friend, but unfortunately he's a green blob with scary teeth and horns.
You can help Kevin make friends with policeman and civilians...
... or you can just act like a monster and scare them all away.

Controls ========
Walk: Arrow keys Hug: Control (hold for a while) Shout: Space (hold for a bigger shout)
You'll need to be right behind someone to hug them, or just close by to scare them with a shout. You can't hug or scare anyone who's chasing you, though.
(It's not very obvious when you've grabbed someone to hug them, sorry - post-compo version, maybe! - but note that they always say something when you successfully grab them)
You can hide behind walls and plants to give yourself a chance to sneak up. You can also move the plants to make things easier.
I'm glad our game wasn't the only stealth game in the submissions! Looks really cool, I dig the idea, as someone else mentioned the UI could definitely see improvement, other than that and a little bit sketchy graphics this is a very well rounded submission :)
Cute monster game! I enjoy the stealth mechanic quite a bit. The AI seems to do a good job of searching, and then going back to their regular routine. Good work on the music too! Solid game.
Thanks for the feedback, everyone! Yeah, I think I could tweak the controls a bit and maybe design the levels a bit better so it's easier to escape the policeman when you're found - that'd be next on the list!
