Hero Slayer

Slay heroes and take over the world. Getting rich in the process won't hurt either.
Hire minions and upgrade them to keep the heroes at bay. Hoard treasure to attract more numerous and richer heroes.
You win by defeating an angel in battle.
Controls: Mouse only, hold shift for bulk buying. Hover buttons for information about the monsters you can recruit, and the upgrades you can buy.
Sadly we didn't manage to finish the save feature in time.
Tools used were paint.net and FlashDevelop.
Some notes:
1. All your minions and you do damage automatically.
2. Clicking on heroes doesn't do anything.
3. Hero health and gold increase with the amount of gold and artifact you have.
4. You can not lose but you can put yourself in a pretty bad position if you upgrade levitation too far without upgrading your damage.
5. You can kill the angel if you have enough damage.
6. If heroes or the angel reach your treasure you will lose artifacts if you have them or gold if you don't have any artifacts.
