HOAXED
A small story

STORYLINE
You are doctor Frinklerstein he was working on his shrinking machine,

Which is a device he made which lets him shrink and grow objects, He calls it the Schrinkinator4999!

He worked together with the Secret Service Mainstand which is an alien orginization that is always after the newest and most dangerous technologies

they wanted to use his Shrinkinator 4999 for themselves and betrayed doctor Frinklerstein.

In a sneakattack they shrunk doctor Frinklerstein to the seize of an ant but they overlooked the fact that doctor Frinklerstein had the power cells for the shrinkinator 4999 with him.

Now it is the task of Doctor Frinklerstein to get back to the machine regrow himself and destroy it forever while being chased by the alien organization: Sercret Service Mainstand.

GAMEPLAY

Controls:

WASD/arrow keys for movement

There is controller support

Using the controls you have to overcome the obstacles of real life: like books and cobwebbs to get to the machine and regrow yourself whilst dodging alien scum and dangerous hazards.

FIRST LUDUM DARE
For us this was the first time doing the Ludum Dare and we loved every moment of it positive or negative it was really fun and educational.

We are a team of three persons:

Ayxs: programmer + art
Bredera: modeling + level design
Thesander705: character creation + rigging + music

We enjoyed it so much we will definitely will do this again.

The idea and story is really good. The games difficulty level is perhaps a bit to easy. But overall well done.

Very good job! As a gameplay it is not very interesting but the mood and execution was good. Gj for a first LD game!

The graphic design is nice ! The game is a bit too short (or too easy) but the story is funny ! Good job guys !

Thank you all for the positive comments :) We know that the gameplay is a little less, unfortunatly we did not have the full 72 hours... We will participate again next time :)

The Character does move fast.
Cute game makes me think of an old game when I was young.
I think there is definately more possiblity with the concept.

The game looks nice but it didn't run in my mac. :(
I think is a common error for Unity, something about permits but I don't know exactly.
Any mac user has this issue too?

Gorgeous art and I like the setting a lot. It really feels like you are a very small person on a desk. Jumping and movement is also fine and feels good - but I couldn't find where I need to go, once I reach the thing where the air blows out. What am I supposed to do next?

Sorry but the controls are too hasardous to make me want to pass the firt stairs. Nice idea though ! Too bad !

Congratulations on your first Dare! Apart from general polish steps, the main thing I'd suggest to improve is making it so you don't have to sit through the intro text whenever you die on the first level, and making it possible to advance text without needing the mouse. Good work for your first jam!
