I wanted to try my hand at making a graphics-centric game, but that got me thinking about what my ideal sprite editor would be like. I ended up making a prototype of the sprite editor instead. It functions entirely unlike any other sprite editor I've seen, so give it a try and see if there are any novel ideas you like. Since it doesn't really make sense to judge this tool alongside a bunch of games, I'm going to be opting out of all judging categories.
Some rushed documentation will pop up when you open the editor. I hope you'll be able to work it out. I was a lazybutt this LD, so it's all kind of a mess.
