Ulf the Viking would like to survive as long as possible. That could be a lot easier, had his ship not just met its demise due to an unexpected clash with a megalodon. As it is, Ulf must gather enough driftwood to build a new ship, reach new Highscores, and try to escape the gigantic maelstrom that suddenly appeared. All those hungry sharks and other viking ships shooting at him are not helping either.
As the developers we can tell you that Ulf will not succeed. The end of this game will always be Ulf drowning. It’s a tragedy; however, we included some happy music to lift your spirits.
Cool game, got me fixed for some time trying to last longer, but i found it pretty hard, and i did like it that way, even if it would be cool some way to win the game, trying to set higher highscores is cool enough. Good job guys, keep with the good work!
Feels a bit too much like success is based off of RNG (luck), but I really liked the graphics and mood of the game. The music was also nice, especially when you're about to lose, I like how the music changes and makes you feel like everything is about to come to an end. Great game!
I really liked this game. The UI design is beautiful. The graphics are amazing and all fit the same style, which i always appreciate. The sounds are great, i liked how the music changes to fit the intensity of the situation, but my friend sitting next to me said the one where you're about to die is annoying (I didn't think so), so make of that what you will. All in all, a fun and beautiful experience :smiley:
This was a very fun game, almost reminiscent of a mini-game from Mario Party or something. I enjoyed the mechanics a lot and played it over and over. My constructive criticism would be it might benefit from a way to see you were damaged by arrows/sharks. I assumed I was getting hit, but there's no visual way to see it. Overall great job though!
a neat and additive little game You say you can get 1500 score so I guess there is no win ending? If yes, that's a little bit sad, I think that will be better if you can drag your way out and win the game!
@eggshelldog yes, there is now winstate. Our game is like tetris in that you will always lose at some point. No rescue for poor Ulf. Nobody said being doomed is fun
I really enjoyed the artwork and the overall concept. What a unique way to implement the theme! The game was a lot of fun to play as well. I will say that the dependency on RNG was the main drawback for me.
Sweet idea! I wish I could have sailed the boat little bit more freely, usually moving rightwards quickly avoiding the projectiles and picking up woods haha. The concept was really nice, a sense of progress and a variation of pickups and enemies. Great entry!
It was such a cute game! I really liked the houmour of it and the gameplay was pleasing. Chellenging but fun. A nice entry! Also love the music and the little note about Ulf being doomed xD
That's a cool experience! I liked the art and the music. This kind of gameplay is something I've never seen before, which is really great. I had some difficulty aiming though. I would assist player with that.

It'sreally fun game. The hook audio was a little repetitive since you're spamming it so much, but not a big deal really.
The art is wonderfully done.
Only real complaint was the game felt just a bit too zoomed in.
However some feedback is missing. Some simple sounds when you collect, maybe screenshake when you hit.
I wasn't sure when I was hitting something.
Music is amazing. Somehow perfect for going around in circle.
