When you serve as chief kosmoengineer on a ship with a stupid captain, it can be hard and may require much vodka. But with your trusty hammer and a roll of duck tape made by genetically engineered duck, you can keep the ship flying!
Or you go boom. Also good.

Just few minutes worth of gameplay, I tuned down the difficulty a lot after testing the game on my GF, so now it's maybe too easy...

Update: I've uploaded enhanced version (original is still available, you can pick if you want to play original or enhanced on start or in ending screen.
Enhanced version contains about a day worth of additional work (some of it already done, just couldn't find time for compo to add all of it). It also contains some songs comrade Teknikov composed and sung for you. He also wanted to have some balalaika there, but the damn musical instrument seems to be strangely resistant to fixing with hammer and tape.

Really love the hand drawn graphics, it's a great idea, the game is a bit too short, but very enjoyable. Would like too see this expanded, maybe to have more valves that you need to use to provide power to weapons, shields, and at the end see a bill of what you lost and damage. Loved the idea!

It's awesome that you voice acted this whole thing, and everything went together really well between the art, the audio, and the humor. I unfortunately could not keep the ship from exploding, but I'm happy to know the guy was resurrected.

Excellent work! This was a lot of fun to play and I won on the first try. Great humor and love the fact that everything is voiced by you, you don’t see many games with voice acting in Compo!

I loved the voice acting. It was a funny game. There could have been more variety in the game mechanics, but for a compo game where the focus is being funny, I think it's okay. Great work overall.

Very good work! The game is easy to understand thanks to the tutorial. The story and voice acting is also nice.
Eventually my reactor became too unstable because I wasn't fast enough to hammer & tape 🥲.

Fun game, the water pressure didn't have any consequences it seems, i had my gauge maxed the entire run but nothing happened on that front, did try to turn off the valve but the pressure kept steady.

Love hand drawn games, they got so much character, The audio ques and having everything voice acted was super neat.

I really like the concept, and the voice acting and humor are on point. The game is very fun and just the right length to keep you engaged the whole time. I also really enjoy the hand drawn graphics. The cyrillic "ja"-character being used as an "R" like it is in everything western that tries to imitate being Russian or Soviet is quite funny.

This is one of my favorite games so far. The voice acting was awesome for an LD game! The humor was on point, not too much just right. The game was interesting enough, and short but to the point. Left off with room to expand into a bigger game. The art was so awesome, I really enjoyed the hand drawn approach. Audio was otherwise plenty good.

Really great game, I hope you expand this into something bigger one day.

Ditto what everyone has said about the voice acting. Not many games in LD get that, and you did it really well!

I played both versions, but made sure to do the original first so that I could rate the game fairly. It was neat to see the improvements you've made since then, my favorite was that some of the UI indicators now had numbers updating on them, like cranking the water valve.
