Hey, this is our submission to LUDUM DARE 51. Feel free to play and rate our game!

You play as the mask lost in the temple where the stone statues started to attack you. You'll have 10 seconds to fight and survive and after 10 seconds to loot and prepare for the next fight, where the difficulty will increase.

This was our first 3D game and came with all the new challenges this poses. We still tried to polish the game a little.

Controlls are W A S D and left click to shoot.

I like the atmosphere with the art and music most. It'd be nice if the timer would end early if there were a few seconds to spare in the early waves

Nice 3d graphics and a tutorial... nice job. You may change the enemies and player projectiles and speedup a little the game

Nice little game, I would've liked the difficulty to ramp up a little faster and a bit more to collect so I felt the time pressure a bit more.

Nice game, the in game tutorial was fun and much appreciated! Random thing I like the danger squares where the enemies are going to spawn/jump. Swapping the weapon was very confusing at first as I got the one I already had and it kept dropping the same thing which made me think there was a bug from preventing me from picking it up. After understanding that it made perfect sense. Nice difficulty ramp as well.

The art and sound make a great atmosphere. Felt a little empty in the beginning but picked up quite fast. Nice entry.

I loved that you implemented many different weapons, it adds so much to the gameplay. I got to try the bow, the slingshot, throwing knives and a sword, don't know if there was more :sweat_smile: Also, the music is very nice! Well done!!

Graphics wise the style of the player was a little at odds with the rest but it looked fine over all, maybe some particles would have added more juice.

The different weapons were a fun touch, but the knifes seemed to be the best.

For your first 3D game is great and well done on completing the jam!

Nice and fun bullet hell game. Would be nice to have some kinda abilities for movement or splash attacks

@galaxybat thanks for the feedback, you are right it would have been a smart move to skip the fightingphase if all enemies are killed, i guess we were to focused on the 10second theme

@phillip-scott thanks! Interesting that you found the knifes to be the best, we chose them as the starting weapon since we thought that they are the worst :sweat_smile:

@stupidhobbit you are right, special abilities or power-ups in general would have been cool(and were also planned but we didnt have the time and decided to stick to multiple weapons)

The game followed the theme, it really gets harder with each round, there are just some collision problems with the collectibles.

great ambiance, very fun gameplay with diff power-ups. wish I could survive for more rounds but lol enjoyed it

Good job with the graphics and sound, while the music gets repetitive quickly it fits the temple theme very well. Gameplay was simple but I had fun playing for 10 rounds before I got blasted to pieces. If there were more weapons and enemies available I'd gladly play some more.

Knives are the best by the way!!

this is a really nice first 3D game (for a game jam moreover)! game was nice to play, with coherent art and sound. upgrades (at the cost of life for example) would have been a good addition, but as i said, it's a really good game jam game!!

Really cute graphics, particularly the main character and the glowy loot yum. I found it way tooo easy, until I picked up the cricket bat and died instantly trying to wack the guys! Really nice foundation for a larger game with more enemies and traps.

The different weapons were quite neat and I liked the overall vibe of the game! One suggestion that I would make is on the how to play section if you could finish the text early by pressing space so the player does not have to wait for it all to be typed out.
