Bert the Introvert

The game is very funny, loved working out. I also found Bert the Introvert very relatable as I also die when I am around people for too long.

Great concept! Was hooked by the title and was not disappointed. The ending was unexpected but funny. Nice entry, got a good laugh out of me!

relatable, fun mechanics, little voiceovers were fun. Losing personal space quickly when wife is near is an additional humourous touch

i see the programmer's art at its finest there :smile: loved the game concept though 'to survive being alone'. With the addition of few animations and music would have made the game even better to play. enjoyed playing it.

Fun concept! I enjoyed the art. I like how the dog is the only one Bert wants to spend time with. It didn't seem like eating snacks impacted my health though.

How does Bert have two kids if he dies spending a second with his wife...

Really funny! Great game, I kept going around to all the different places just to hear the voicelines.

Overall was an okay game. Nothing happened when I pressed the space bar next to the tasks I had to do, so I didn't really get the point of that. Creative idea though!

I liked how the dog refilled the personal space meter and the art for the environment was actually pretty good! I also liked how you recorded multiple voice lines for each activity so it wasn't too repetitive. The final level was pretty difficult, I think because all the needs meters were dropping at the same rate so they were difficult to juggle.

This was pretty funny as concept. I think the the game would have benefitting from being on one screen, so you can see where everything and everyone is at once. The hunger/fitness/boredom meters seem to drain super quick compared to how fast I could actually move through the house. Was hard to tell how close I could get to my family members before taking introvert damage and dying. Game made me smile, so kudos!

Funny game! I felt like days 1 and 2 are too easy and day 4 is way too difficult. The family seems to move around randomly so there is some luck involved too which made it a bit frustrating. It would be much better if dying restarted the current day instead of the whole game, so you don't have to wait so long to get to the interesting part again. Still, I enjoyed the voice acting and the pixel art was charming too (just missing some animations). Definitely a fun idea!
