Today, you are the space traffic controller for earth orbit. Direct the ships taking off, arriving, landing, and departing. Prevent them from getting too close to each other, or you'll be fired for your unsafe behavior.
Important Notes:
* If there are ships in orbit and you don't know what they want, ask them to "say intentions"
* After receiving landing or departure clearance, ships need to orbit to the correct location before they land/depart.
