Kalò-mancy - the art of summoning

- :flower_playing_cards: An auto-battler card game featuring 62 unique cards and many interactions & effects.
- :hammer_pick: Make your own cards! Change the numbers, change the names, create your own strategies!
- :checkered_flag: Six unique challenges with increasing difficulty, putting your deckbuilding skills to the test

Craft Your Own Deck

Have you ever played a board game and wished that that one card was just slightly different? You can make that happen.

Choose from a selection of :black_joker: card effects and start changing its values. You can change the :crossed_swords: Attack or  Health of any card, but also the parameters of the :sparkler: special effects of that card. You can make a deck that spams small tokens, wipes boards or buffs other cards to the high heavens.

The more powerful a card is, the more :large_blue_circle: Aether it will cost to play. You and your opponent have only a limited supply to spend each turn, so choose your cards carefully.

How To Play

Mouse and keyboard required.

The easiest is to learn by playing - go out there and try some new things! But if you'd like to learn more, here are some rules and tips.

Playing Cards

The game is played in rounds, featuring three phases:
- First, your opponent places cards ('summons') on the board.
- Then, you may play cards of your own.
- When you end your turn, combat will begin.

You play cards using :large_blue_circle: Aether. Every turn, you and your opponent gain +2 additional :large_blue_circle: Aether to spend per turn, allowing you to play stronger summons.

Combat

During combat, all summons attack automatically. The order goes from left to right, alternating between your summons and your opponent's summons. Targets are chosen randomly.

When attacking, summons deal damage to their targets, receiving no damage in return. If a summon has no opposing summons to attack, it will deal damage to the opponent directly instead. The first to run out of Life points, loses.

New cards that are summoned during a combat round, such as by card effects, do not attack until next round.

Keywords:

- _Summon_: A card on the battlefield.
- _Taunt_: Opponents prioritize attacking summons with Taunt.
- _Armor_: Reduces damage inflicted from any source.
- _Deathtouch_: If a summon with Deathtouch deals at least 1 damage to their target when attacking, it instantly kills the target.
- _Stealth_: This summon cannot attack, and cannot be targeted by attackers.
