I think it's a really good game! When i upgraded to the fist rather than the finger i stopped being able to see the buggs behind it though, which is something i'd improve

Nice style, good job. I think it would help me too see at witch point the Plant would be damaged. So i have to guess it.

@thesmartietubes Yeah, we toyed with how to have attacks come from above and still have bugs behind be visible, but ultimately couldn't figure it out during the jam. A punch from the side looked weird... so we did at least make health bars appear over everything else, but there's definitely some workshopping to be done there.

@sane We struggled to figure out how to delineate the collider in a way that didn't look like hot garbage, but again couldn't figure something out within the time constraints. We'll keep noodling on it, for sure.

First ever "finger defence", cool idea.

I like games with bugs and this one is no exception , I managed to make it a couple rounds but those grasshoppers are nasty :)

I beat it! The infinite finger pokes were really funny, and then the progression to fist and others was even funnier. There's a nice balance with the upgrades, and eventually I was able to get ahead of the bugs and stuff coming to attack my plant. I'm pretty bad at clicking fast so I'm glad I was able to beat it. nice job!

The game is great! I had a lot of fun playing it, even tho it is kind of disgusting. At first I didn't understand how to play the game, but after I understood that you need to crash the poor insects.

The rain of finger skill is very creative. Love it. However I think the game is a little bit too hard on some first level. Anyway good entry, the art is perfect for the game. Congratz

Nice concept for this theme, guess need some improve on graphics team and also in song/audio. But really good job. Keep it up !

A really nice game, which could have been a bit easier at the beginning but which I really enjoyed playing ! The concept is simple yet fun. It would have been great to have some animation on the finger when it clicks on a bug (nothing bloody, just the movement), it would make it more "alive". But, all in all, a nice experience !

Ok, this game looks too simple and even funny, BUT! - it has an upgrade system, a store and various enemies. And it all works as it should! Good job in this part of the game. Graphics are simple, but everything is visually clear. And yes, you added the ability to turn music/sounds on and off! Very nice little option. Well done!

@daria-toni Yeah, it's a real, modern game hiding under the skin of an early 2000s clicker. I'm glad you appreciated the mute buttons, that's feedback I've always gotten on my games that have sound... Good to hear the opposite side this time! :laughing:

@thekingbarry @tqv5964 There is a "restart (easy)" mode option after you lose on "normal" difficulty(which to be frank is fairly difficult). Did you notice that option? Did you have more success in that mode? :smile:

Fisting the bugs were a little too much fun.

The game is fun, i like the clicker style and the strength progression feeling ! Graphics are "specials" but in overall it's pretty cool but not really innovative.
