Menu screen added, some levels too

Most of the game is done - I can spend tomorrow polishing and handling questions from people trying to submit their final entry ;)

ld48-6-3.tgz - PyGame required - will exe it up tomorrow for final submission. I welcome suggestions about level ideas.
